Nearly one in ten Catholic school students across the Archdiocese are supported by a CEF scholarship. And with selfless giving at the heart of our faith, their Catholic education helps them to recognize both the joy of receiving the gift of education, and the joy of giving, too.

There's no place like home -- for class, that is. In homes across the Archdiocese, dining tables and living rooms have become classroom central, where students use digital devices every day and follow the same curricula as they would have in their traditional school classrooms.

A family from St. Matthew Catholic School in Topeka (in photo above) is making the best of it, finding time to be together while focusing on getting the work done. Many parents work from home, right alongside their children working on their studies.

My name is Melanie Arellano and I am a 2014 graduate of Bishop Ward High School. In October 2013, I was given the extraordinary opportunity to speak at the 2013 Gaudeamus Dinner. It was an honor to represent my school. I spoke about how scholarships provided by the Catholic Education Foundation greatly benefitted my family and I. It was a great chance for me to share why a Catholic education was so important to me and to give a personal thank you to all those that work so hard with CEF.

Put Catholic education within reach of every student.
