$3 Million Dollars in Scholarships

Over the past year and a half, the value of quality education has become more apparent than ever before. And thanks to the charitable giving of people like you, CEF has been able to meet the growing need as Catholic school enrollment across the Archdiocese climbs.

With Catholic schools relying heavily on tuition funds and parish subsidies, schools in low-income areas often struggle to cover the cost of operations, leaving little capacity for tuition assistance. CEF scholarships not only allow these schools to open their doors to students most in need, but in many cases, they provide the enrollment support to keep the doors open in the first place.

CEF in 21'-22'

  • 100% graduation & advancement rate in ‘21, compared to 69% in neighboring high schools
  • $3 million in scholarship funding during the ‘21-‘22 school year
  • 1 in 3 students at CEF schools rely on a CEF scholarship
  • The average CEF scholarship graduate will make a net fiscal contribution of $292,000 to their community*
  • At some CEF schools, more than 90% of students qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Put Catholic education within reach of every student.
