Back by popular demand and sold out for the fourth year in a row, February 4th is sure to be a night full of fun at CEF’s Futures Art Event, returning to Boulevard Brewery. We are excited to present an Art Exhibit with more than two dozen professional art pieces in a variety of media, ranging from jewelry to paintings ... and even Royals and Chiefs sports memorabilia! These items that you won’t want to miss will all be a part of the silent auction. In addition, there will be 20 pieces of art created by students at CEF schools that will be a part of a raffle drawing. Raffle tickets will be available the night of the event.

While browsing and bidding on the art, our guests will enjoy the sounds of guitarist Jeff Jenkins. We are thrilled to be welcoming him back for the fourth consecutive year to provide live music throughout the evening. Jeff plays all around the Kansas City area, performing cover songs with acoustic guitar. New to the Art Event this year, there will be a photo booth for all guests to enjoy and capture the fun of the night with props and two prints of each session. A variety of Boulevard beer and wine will be served as well as appetizers from Manny’s Restaurant and desserts from Cakes by Aggie. Don’t forget your souvenir Boulevard/CEF pint glass to take home at the end of the evening!

While enjoying the wonderful evening, it is important to remember all proceeds go directly to scholarships provided through CEF’s Guardian Angel Fund. Guardian Angel Scholarships provide emergency assistance for families facing a personal crisis (job loss, medical emergency, etc) that impacts their ability to pay their portion of their child’s tuition. The Art Event is hosted by CEF Futures, a group of young professionals who support the mission of CEF to make Catholic education available to all children in our community who seek it, regardless of their financial circumstances. We look forward to seeing you February 4th for an evening of art, entertainment, and fun!

If you can’t join us February 4, you can still support the Guardian Angel Fund with a donation to the event.
