Guardian Angel Fund helps 2 students after father loses his job

Posted on June 26, 2018 in Guardian Angel Fund

The Catholic Education Foundation's Guardian Angel Fund recently provided scholarships for two students after their father lost his job. Without help, the family could not afford to pay the tuition needed to keep the students in their school.

In the application on behalf of the family, the school principal shared, “The girls are good children and very active in the parish, they volunteer and help for many of the events. The mother is always helping the school with her time: she ran our book fair, is a room parent, and is always reaching out to help in any way.”

Thanks to the scholarship support from the Guardian Angel Fund, the students will be able to remain in their school. Funds for Guardian Angel scholarships come from the CEF Futures events; email us for more information on the CEF Futures Committee
